    For those who have an interest in chatting with Leon, go to callingcardsplus.com (make sure you select that you will be calling dominican republic cellular). The 10 cent a minute card is the best because it has no hidden fees. I have bought many cards here and am pleased with call clarity. They also have local access numbers as the 1-800 adds to your call. It will seem complicated until it's setup. I have 5$ coupons for the site if anyone wants to use them send me your email and you can try it. 5$ will get you about 45 minutes which should be more than enough to spill the beans and chew on some juicy neighborhood gossip.
